- 3+ years experience in residential electrical service work
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring and components
- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
- Physical stamina to work in diverse weather conditions and confined spaces
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
